Hope Reigns, Inc. will not sell, share, or trade our donors’ personal information to any other organizations or individuals. Exceptions shall be website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business (i.e. third-party credit card donation processing), or requested in grant applications, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We assure you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential unless donor written permission is given allowing Hope Reigns to make acknowledgements by name and/or description of donation in certain printed material. These materials may include newsletters, brochures, press releases, event invitations, blog posts, or the organization’s website. Corporate and Foundation sponsors may be listed in our Annual Report and event programs.
Donors who supply Hope Reigns with their postal or email address may be contacted periodically with information regarding Hope Reigns updates and upcoming events. All donors will be placed on our newsletter mailing list. It is our desire to not send unwanted mail and/or email communications to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing and/or contact list. Email email@example.com or call us at (281) 394-0498. All requests to be removed will be honored.
Upon receipt, all monetary donations will be recorded and deposited according to accounting procedures. All requests for donors to remain anonymous will be honored. All ‘in-kind’ gifts that are accepted by Hope Reigns will be recorded and acknowledged according to accounting procedures. Tax receipts will be issued for all donations and will be issued on a quarterly basis. Year-End statements will be given for all donations $250 or more. Year-End statements will be given for donations under $250 by written request. All donations will be acknowledged and a written thank you sent to the donor.
